Dr. Mark E. Moore has lived in Dinwiddie County since 1989. He lives with his wife, SanDee, and 3 children in the Sutherland area of the County. Dr. Moore is the owner of Crater Vision Center, located in the City of Petersburg. He was a member of the Petersburg Lions Club for 29 years and helped to charter the Dinwiddie Lions Club, of which his wife was also a charter member. Dr. Moore is a Deacon, Trustee, and Sunday School teacher at West End Baptist Church in Dinwiddie County. He served 12 years on the Planning Commission and was recently elected to his third term on the Dinwiddie County Board of Supervisors, where he currently serves as Chair.
