[ARCHIVED] Dinwiddie County Fire & EMS is Seeking Volunteers

Dinwiddie County Fire & EMS is actively recruiting for volunteer firefighters and emergency medical technicians. Volunteer Fire & EMS personnel serve right in their communities from one of six fire stations that provide service to the residents and visitors of Dinwiddie County.  While the commitment to the training, duty and difficult work is tough; the reward for serving your community and your neighbors in their time of need is immeasurable!  In addition, volunteer firefighters and emergency medical technicians receive all required training & equipment, personal property tax reduction on their vehicle, free county vehicle license, free Ambulance Aid subscription for their household, and are insured by the county for on duty accidents and injuries.  If you have an interest in being a part of our team or would just like more information, take a couple of minutes to fill out and submit the online Volunteer Interest Form and someone from our team will contact you to get you started on your path to being a hometown hero!
