[ARCHIVED] COMMUNITY SURVEY

Dinwiddie County Fire & EMS is in the process of completing a strategic plan for the department.  The plan will be designed to help guide the direction of the fire & EMS department for the next 5 to 10 years. Dinwiddie County Fire & EMS has engaged the Matrix Consulting Group to assist in this endeavor. An important step in this review is to provide the residents and businesses of Dinwiddie County an opportunity to provide their opinions and thoughts about their fire & EMS  services. Please take a moment to complete this questionnaire so that your opinions and thoughts can help shape the future of your fire & EMS  services.

ALL RESPONSES ARE ANONYMOUS.

If you have any questions about completing the survey, please feel free to contact the lead project analyst, Robert Finn via email at rfinn@matrixcg.net.

This survey should take about 10 minutes to complete.
