The Virginia Department of Social Services has initiated a "Replacement Program" for existing DSS customers receiving SNAP benefits.
If you are an existing SNAP customer and lost perishable food items during the recent widespread power outage, you may contact your local DSS caseworker to apply, OR you may pick up an application in the foyer of the Dinwiddie County Government Center, located at 14010 Boydton Plank Rd., Dinwiddie, VA.
