    4. This permit will be void if work does not commence within six months from the date of issuance. No work is authorized until permit has been approved and issued.
    12. Is this manufactured home a replacement for an existing manufactured home or dwelling?
          If this is a replacement then the existing manufactured home or dwelling must be removed from the property prior to being issued a certificate of occupancy. Existing manufactured home can not be used for storage or any other purpose.
