    2. The Code of the County of Dinwiddie, Virginia, imposes a 5% tax on rooms or spaces rented in hotels, motels, and rooming houses for 30 days or less. Said tax must be reported and submitted by the 15th of the month following the month of collection. A penalty of 10% plus interest of 10% per annum is imposed if not paid by due date.
