 Instructions for Online/Secure Remote Access(SRA*) to Land Records(Monthly Fee required):

1. Create an online court here, https://risweb.vacourts.gov/jsra/sra/#/search/indexCourts

2. Scroll down and click on the link highlighted for Dinwiddie. 

3. Create an account and follow the instructions 

4. You must download and fill out the SRA Agreement and sign it with a notary.  Then you will upload it as part of the registration.

5. Once the SRA Agreement has been uploaded we will review the request and if approved you will be notified to log in and pay the fee. Once paid the registration will be complete and you will have access to the land records.

B. 6 months for $270

C.  3 months for $150

D. 1 month for $50

*Pursuant to Code of Virginia § 17.1-276, Clerks have the authority to charge a fee for subscription to the Circuit Court’s Land Records.  This allows the Clerk’s Office to protect the citizens’ identity by maintaining a separate login for each user at the same time allowing the office to recover the operational costs of the system.  If you are interested, please fill out the SRA agreement and return it to the Clerk’s Office.
