About the Board
The Dinwiddie County Social Services Advisory Board was created by Resolution of the Board of Supervisors on May 20, 2014. By same Resolution, the County Administrator, a local governmental official, was appointed to serve as the Local Board of Social Services pursuant to Virginia Code Section 63.2-302.
The Dinwiddie County Social Services Advisory Board serves in an advisory capacity to such local government official with respect to the duties and functions imposed upon him by this title.
