Trial dates are generally assigned to felony cases through the Commonwealth's Attorney’s Office with the defendant’s attorney. Defendants will be notified of their court date at Grand Jury/Docket Call. Defendants on bond must show up to receive their court date at Grand Jury/Docket Call. Docket Call and Grand Jury dates are on the third Tuesday of January, March, May, July, September, and November at 9:00am.
